Clockwork Reaper by neilak20 Clockwork Reaper by neilak20
For the Seventh Sanctum contest, name taken from the random steampunk class generator: [link] <--Seventh Sanctum!

The Clockwork Reaper

A product of the afterlife’s industrial revolution, the Clockwork Reaper’s primary task is to reap the spirits of dead timepieces and other broken machines. The new class was created when the forces of the afterlife saw that persons on Earth were creating machines, machines that, in time would break and die. Since the Earth was undergoing an industrial revolution, the afterlife had to do the same to keep up with all the new kinds of souls being developed.

Clockwork Reapers are technomancers, capable of resurrecting dead machines to do their bidding. They are aligned chaotic neutral.

D&D = Dungeons and Dragons

Well, it has the required coding for being used as a D&D monster...

And it's awesome...

Sure you can use them in your game! I just had forgotten I set it up for D&Ding since I only played the game once, I think I picked the stat numbers at random :o I hope it's usable!

Ah, I see. So is the effect of 'light' and 'dark' due to how far the lines are apart in the hatching, or can the pressure you apply while drawing cause that?

yeah, and in some spots, the black areas, i filled it in completely, i think i might have gone over them with a fine tipped marker instead of the p500. Overall I was going for a look similar to an old steel engraveing, like the old style of portraits you'd see on older currency, where all the shadeing is lines, different distances appart to create the look of gradulated shadeing. It was my first time really trying that out, so I dont know how well i did.
I suppose pressure could cause some of it, but I've broken that type of pen before by pressing down too hard >_> so i tried to keep my hand lighter this time.

Awesome! I love the way you etched in the fabric of his (her?) robe. All I can thik of is an unnerving "klick-tick" sorta sound eminating from it at all times.
